About the client
Our client is a successful, multi-national Education provider based in the UK. With tens of thousands of students sitting exams each year, they have a huge recruitment need for temporary support staff across the country. It is therefore essential to have a dependable recruitment partner who can deliver efficiently and at scale.
What they needed
During peak periods, over 150 staff would be needed concurrently, across up to twelve cities throughout the UK - each of whom must be:
- Qualified
- DBS-checked
- Sufficiently briefed and trained.
Varying working hours, role responsibilities and pay rates would also need to be meticulously tracked, implemented and communicated.
Given the business importance of the examinations to our client, round-the-clock support would be needed to deal with any unforeseen changes or dropouts, and to communicate these promptly to hiring managers, line managers, and backup temps, as appropriate.
